Sturdy silver-colored square cake drum measuring approximately 30.5 x 30.5 cm and 12 mm thick. Can be used as a sturdy base plate for a cake. The cake drum can be used several times. Especially if you use a cake board between the cake and the cake drum. (you can fix this with some icing).After use, wipe with a damp cloth and dry.You can also choose to cover the cake drum. Use some thinly rolled out fondant for this and stick it with some icing or edible glue. Let the fondant harden well before placing the cake on it.
