An additional image for the ‘S’ kit can also be found by scrolling through the available images.This is the Fluke 125B, the most powerful handheld oscilloscope available in Fluke’s 120B ScopeMeter series.Boasting a number of improved features compared to its sister models the 123B and 124B, the 125B handheld oscilloscope is designed to give professional technicians all of the tools they’ll need to carry out comprehensive diagnostics on a wide variety of equipment and applications.The 125B is actually three tools in one; it’s a powerful, dual channel digital oscilloscope with 40MHz bandwidth; a dedicated digital multimeter with a wide range of highly accurate measurement functions and a powerful recorder, allowing you to catalogue all results and analyse them later (requires optional Fluke ScopeMeter software or access to the Fluke Connect app).New to this model are the ability to carry out power and harmonics measurements, plus a special bus health mode. The industrial bus health test is designed to verify the electrical signal quality of industrial buses, giving you clear ‘good’, ‘weak’ or ‘bad’ indication for all relevant parameters. Measured values are compared to standard values based on bus type (CAN-bus, Profi-bus, Foundation Field, RS-232 and various others), with the ability to configure tolerance to cater for a wider variety of buses. The 125B can also be used to check signal level speed, transition times and distortion to locate and fix cable connections, bad contacts, incorrect grounding or improper terminators.With Fluke’s powerful recorder, the 125B ScopeMeter is your essential tool for logging intermittent faults that would otherwise be almost impossible to trace. As standard the Fluke 125B comes with fully expandable micro SD card memory, allowing it to be used for a total of up to 14 days to log line outages, sags and much more to detect these faults and allow you to fix them.Recording Data with the Fluke 125BWith the built-in recorder, all of your waveforms and measurement functions are stored, ready for later analysis.All data can be seamlessly transferred to PC via USB connection and interacted with further using Fluke’s ScopeMeter software (included in the ‘S’ kit – available separately for the normal kit).If you don’t want to use the software, how about using your phone instead?The 125B ScopeMeter is Fluke Connect enabled (requires optional WiFi adapter); this allows the ScopeMeter to interface wirelessly with your smartphone or tablet running the Fluke Connect app!
