The Metrel MI3325 MultiServicer XD Machinery/Electrical Safety Tester is a versatile, multifunctional instrument designed for conducting a wide range of tests on industrial machinery. It can perform essential electrical safety checks like earth bond continuity, high voltage (HV) AC testing, insulation resistance measurements, and various leakage current tests (including sub-leakage, differential, PE, and touch current).Additionally, the Metrel MI3325 supports advanced functional testing, RCD testing, and polarity and current measurements using clamps. The instrument can measure voltage, frequency, and phase rotation, perform varistor tests, assess voltage drop, and measure discharge time. It also features loop and line impedance testing with prospective fault current (PFC) measurement.The device is operated through a 4.3” color touchscreen combined with intuitive navigation buttons. Metrel’s AUTOSEQUENCEs facilitate quick and comprehensive testing using predefined sequences, while built-in help screens guide the operator. The integrated fuse table allows for automatic evaluation of loop/line impedance results. In three-phase systems, the unit monitors all three voltages in real time and is compatible with TT, TN, IT, and 115V supply systems.The Metrel MI3325 offers multiple communication options, including wireless Bluetooth, an RS-232 port, a USB port, and an Ethernet port.
