The four webbing straps should be completely wrapped around the bed side frame rail and then fastened together. The Bed Side Bumpers have a breathable, soft, waterproof cover. When the Bumpers are in position on the bed, the patient can roll to the edge and will have the Foam to lean against instead of rolling over the edge.
