A.E. NELSON LEATHER FLY WALLET, US A.E. Nelson is a family-owned leather shop in Scio, Oregon. Since 1938, the Nelson shop has made high quality leather goods for fly fishing, including leathered creels, reel cases, rod cases, fly boxes, and fly wallets. This wallet is made from 7/64” vegetable-tanned cowhide with natural shearling inside. The leather is hand cut and finished. The wallet measures 11” open by 5 ¾” wide. Closure is by two large snaps. The wallet has been gently used, showing a few scratches from opening and no hook damage.
